PositionResponsibilities :
Managing all regular accounting processes includes but not limited to:(Cash flow on daily and monthly basis. Budgets, Payment to differnt supplies, etc )
Administering payrolls includes calculating overtime and controlling income and expenditure.
Handling all bank transactions, ensure timely bank payments.
Support month-end and year-end close process
Reporting on any outstanding invoices.
Dealing directly with client regarding finical issue this includes but not limited to: Chasing client for invoice payment.
Comply with financial policies and regulations and with GAAP principles.
Analyse and forecast financial requirements for organization.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Develop and formulate all report and deliver presentation projects regarding financial activity of the Oman branch to the head office of the company.
Handling around 90 suppliers including (hotels and car rent company) as following :
Monitoring accounting systems and controlling cash flow
Control invoice receiving, checking , payment process and Petty cash .
Coordinating regularly with customers and vendors by phone, fax and email
Monitored overdue payments by using spreadsheet and sent reminders to customers
Working with current accounting software such as MS Office suite SAP program
Taking precautions for safeguarding money orders, checks, and cash
Prepare cash reimbursement/remittance/working Capital
. Deposit / receipt money with the bank.
