- Formulate hiring campaigns for the Bus Drivers and Bus Attendants submits them for review and approval.
- Conduct the first stage of screening through the job posting questions and the ideal candidate profile.
- Conduct Behavioral Interviews and evaluates the shortlisted candidates according to the pre-determined criteria.
- Generate monthly reports on the hiring performance and identifies any deficiencies in the process and provides suggestions to improve and expedite the process.
- Process payroll for bus drivers and bus attendants
- Maintain bus drivers and bus attendants records
- Update Bus Drivers and Bus Attendance databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Facilitation of onboarding bus drivers and bus attendants and explaining company policies
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer bus drivers and bus attendants queries regarding HR-related issues
- Process bus drivers and bus attendants requests and provide relevant information
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Complies with Company Policies and Procedures at all times
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or any relevant
- 1-2 year of experience in Human Resources
