We are looking for a talent who could perform the following:
- Maintain employee records
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Facilitation of onboarding tour
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors
- Answer employees queries regarding HR-related issues
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Participate in HR projects, records minutes of meetings and attend training seminars
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Requirements
- Diploma in HR or business ad
- At least 1 year of proven experience in HR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once
- Positive, service-oriented attitude
