Job Description

We are seeking for a talented candidate to perform the following:

Trip monitoring

1. Examines eMushrif bus trips using the dashboard to ensure trip safety, provides timely response to the concerns raised by bus attendants, bus driver, and customer experience team.

2. Oversees the road conditions using the dashboard and suggests alternative optimum routes for the bus in case of road closures, or other conditions preventing the driver from reaching to the destination.

3. Manages eMushrif bus trips and reports any repetitive road conditions occurrences to the Route Planning and Optimization Team in a timely manner to ensure the routes are continuously optimized.

4. Solves minor incidents during operations and implements the recommended course of action as per the standard operating procedures and the incident response plan.

5. Solves major incidents during operations and seeks the appropriate action to mitigate the impact of the incident from the supervisor.

6. Solves any deviations from the planned trip routes and the violations committed by the bus drivers and bus attendants to the relevant team members.

7. Acts a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the company and the drivers and bus attendants and reports any concerns escalated by drivers or bus attendants.

Bus dispatchment amp; briefing

1. Reviews the dispatchment requests and assigns a bus for the trip and coordinates with the Fleet Management Team to handover the bus access to the respective driver.

2. Reviews the dispatchment requests and assigns the appropriate bus driver and bus attendant for the trip based on the location and trip requirements.

Compliance

1. Complies with all standard operating procedures at all times during operations.

2. Identifies any in-compliance cases during operations and reports it to the relevant team members.

Health, Safety and Environment

1. Follows all HSE

Reporting

1. Develops the deviation of trip timings report on Bi-Weekly Basis.

2. Develops Critical amp; Medium Incidents report on weekly basis and submits it to the supervisor for review.

3. Develops Low Criticality Incidents report on monthly basis and highlights the repetitive occurrences.

4. Develops the Drivers and Bus Attendants Violations Report on weekly basis.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifiations

(Educational Qualifications, Trainings or Certifications)

BSc in Operations Management or any relevant field (i.e. Engineering, Aviation)
