A special projects manager works directly with MD in Executing project management tasks in multiple cross vertical projects, which includes organizing, leading, and execution of the projects. They will be responsible to ensure the scope of the project fits the budget and that each stakeholder complete each phase of the project within the scheduled timeline.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors when needed for the flawless execution of projects.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and keep MD updated at all times.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Preparing the final project report for the management.
What Did We Order?
At least 7 - 10 years’ work experience.
Thorough knowledge of project management tools such as Critical Path Methodology (e.g. MS Project or Primavera, Jira)
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel & Access.
