Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Software Engineers / Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team in Oman. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of proven experience in software development, with strong expertise across multiple technologies and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

This role requires excellent communication and client interaction skills, as you will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Work on end-to-end software development including design, development, and delivery of features and modules.

Collaborate with architecture and product teams to design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Develop applications using C#, Java, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and APIs.

Work with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient data structures and performance.

Ensure implementation of security strategies, compliance, and governance standards in all solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to peers and junior developers.

Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

Key Requirements

5–10 years of professional experience in software development with a strong project portfolio.

Hands-on expertise in C#, Java, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and API integrations.

Proficiency in Oracle database development and optimization.

Strong knowledge of security implementation, compliance frameworks, and governance practices.

Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must-have).
