Showroom Sales Person

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in the showroom, presenting furniture and product options, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions

Present product features, pricing, warranties, and customization options

Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries

Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display

Stay updated on product specifications, inventory levels, and current promotions

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Coordinate with delivery and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism

Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail or showroom sales (furniture industry preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and negotiation abilities

Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude

Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems)

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales is a plus
