• Work with the client to identify and drive SAP system improvements
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Design, configure, and test HCM workflows
• Support HR initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute test plans and assist in user acceptance testing
• Develop educational materials, job aids, and training documentation
• Deliver training to users and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• +10 years of experience in SAP HCM
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM with experience in configuration and implementation
• Familiarity with HR processes and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
