Dubizzle Oman, an integral part of the Dubizzle Group is now looking to hire an experienced Social Media Executive. As the Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, executing, and managing engaging social media strategies. Your creative prowess and strategic thinking will help promote our social media platforms, drive user engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility, user engagement, and drive traffic to the dubizzle Oman platform.
- Create captivating and compelling written content for Dubizzle Oman's social media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Manage and maintain dubizzle Oman's social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube and Snapchat, ensuring consistent and timely posting in line with the content calendar.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute creative social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that align with business objectives.
- Proactively monitor social media trends, conversations, and user interactions, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Engage with the online community, building meaningful relationships and fostering a positive brand image through authentic and engaging written interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, track user engagement, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, content creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media tools to continuously refine and innovate social media strategies.
- Build dubizzle’s brand equity and awareness by posting informative content to become the go-to platform amongst industry leaders amp; consumers for the latest news on cars, real-estate and other categories
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably within the relevant industry (cross-GCC sales experience will be given strong preference)
- Lead Management System, CRM, MS Office, Business Intelligence Tools
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of different social media channels, their audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity in content creation and campaign ideas.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
