no pros in working hbl most misleading and very bad organization

Cons:

misleading of the facts at joining job at time of leaving they bring their policy and system.

Advice to Management:

please change the whole culture in hbl as here in jhelum region and our all culture should be changed other wise this ship will reck soon.

Management should directly monitor branches and listen to their problems. regional head quarters are counter productive.
